Shipping policy

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

All pre-orders will ship by the expected ship date on the product page.

All regular orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Lost packages: Customers are responsible for packages once marked “delivered” by USPS. If you can’t find your package please contact your local post office. They can help you find your package. Packages lost due to incomplete or flawed addresses are the customer’s responsibility. Packages returned to us by USPS due to address errors will be processed as returns. Shipping cannot be refunded.

We do not offer pick-ups.
