Refund policy
Returns are accepted ONLY for damaged or defective items and store credit will be given in the amount that was paid for the item. Any defects or damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
To initiate a return of a damaged or defective item, email us at natalie@elioram.com. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item, your original sales receipt, or all order information so we can process your store credit code promptly and correctly.
Lost packages: Customers are responsible for packages once marked “delivered” by USPS. If you can’t find your package please contact your local post office. They can help you find your package. Packages lost due to incomplete or flawed addresses are the customer’s responsibility. Packages returned to us by USPS due to address errors will be processed as returns. Shipping can not be refunded.
